Purchasing for Utilities Our purchasing system is designed to integrate seamlessly with our work order and material management tools. Material commitments and issues from the SQLCAD and UMSII work order systems initiate low-stock flags that the purchasing system uses to generate requisitions and/or purchase orders. Users also have the option of generating requests for quotations. And multiple vendor responses to the requests can be entered for side-by-side comparison. Our purchasing system is also completely integrated with our material management product. |
